Are you ready to step into a role where your quick thinking, compassion, and expertise can change lives? We are hiring a Care Navigator Mobile Responder Level 1 to join our 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response Team, providing essential behavioral health support to individuals of all ages experiencing crises.

Schedule: Sun, Mon, Tues 6p-6a and Wednesday 6p-12a with a shift differential applied

Some Key Duties

  • Provide in-person and telehealth crisis support, delivering compassionate, solution-focused care.
  • Assist individuals with de-escalation, safety planning, and connecting to ongoing behavioral health services.
  • Respond promptly to crisis calls from various sources, including the 988 dispatch line and first responders.
  • Conduct post-crisis follow-ups to ensure ongoing stabilization and collaboration with families and community partners.
  • Advocate for clients, providing short-term case management and linkage to resources.
  • Maintain high standards in documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to state and agency policies.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

ODMHSAS Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II (CM II) certification required or obtained within 90 days of employment. Must complete annual continuing education requirements to maintain certification. A minimum of 1 year experience in crisis intervention management required.

This position requires a high degree of flexibility and efficiency. Must display proficiency in the MS Word processing software and intermediate general computer skills. Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally with English-speaking patients. Employee must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to move about facilities freely. Casual professional dress is required with adherence to dress code requirements.

Must have access to reliable transportation. Local travel is required. Must possess and provide verification of valid Oklahoma driver’s license during employment with NorthCare. Must maintain and provide verification of current automobile liability insurance including uninsured motorist coverage.

Must possess and maintain CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications; or obtain within 30 days of employment with NorthCare. Must have and/or complete all NorthCare Training within 30 days of employment. Must have TB test within 12 months prior to employment with NorthCare or obtain within 30 days of employment with NorthCare.
