In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Drive site KPIs to improve operating performance and customer satisfaction by leveraging lean principles to deliver sustainable results.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure regulatory and IDT compliance requirements
  • Ensure success of new product development and product transfer to operations throughout the product lifecycle
  • Establish and implement SMART performance objectives of direct reports that support, and align with, the goals and objectives of IDT Operations
  • Establish a multi-year strategic vision for operations with an action plan to track progress
  • Ensure the shipment goals, business goals, customer requirements and production plans are achieved, and that manufacturing capacity meets the sales plans
  • Uphold the appropriate standards of behaviors including; keeping business information confidential; coordinating the system security; ensuring data accuracy and integrity; maintaining updated professional and technical knowledge; assuring systems compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate standards; ensuring a safe and healthy environment.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science related field with at least 10 years of Operations Leadership or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated competency in leading an delivering results through Standard Work, Daily Management, Problem Solving, 5S and Value Stream mapping among other tools.
  • Ability to effectively lead staff and communicate the needs of the department to management.
  • Ability to effectively represent the department on multi organizational teams as a leader, member or facilitator
  • Knowledge of appropriate steps to analytical problem solving with experience implementing sustainable solutions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Master of Business Administration Degree or Equivalent
  • Willingness to extend oversight to encompass multi-site manufacturing site

Pay transparency language for locations where it may be required by law:

The salary range for this role is 170,000 -200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
