Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and conflicts to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, offering guidance to managers and employees.
- Learning & Development: Identify, coordinate, and manage development programs to support staff skill building and career growth.
- Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and company policies; update HR procedures as needed.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and present recommendations to the HR Manager.
- HRIS Analyst/Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a UKG modules SME (Learning and Analytics), driving process improvements through effective workflow design and technology optimization.
- Benefits Administration: Support management of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Leadership Roles: As the company expands, take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives.
- Strategic Development: Partner with leadership to design new HR strategies to support company expansion.
- Company-Wide Initiatives: Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and business performance.
- Required Experience
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple disciplines.
- HR function background with focused experience in compensation and benefit modeling.
- Demonstrated success inEmployee Relations, performance management, HRIS administration (UKG experience highly preferred), and HR data analysis.
- Experience in compliance, policy development, and benefits administration.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and field teams.
- Preferred Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ideal Candidate Competencies
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems with a focus on UKG Learning & Analytics.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and evolving employment laws.
