As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for operational reporting of RCM data for Optum’s health system partners.

Primary Responsibilities
- Accessing and reviewing data related to acute RCM practices
- Ensuring all data elements are correct for proper documentation of revenue
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- Translates concepts into practice
- Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
- Acts as a resource for others with less experience
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- 2+ years of experience supporting analytics data related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- 2+ years of experience in presenting trends, values, and metrics based on data
- 1+ years of experience with Power Query and / or Power Script
- Microsoft Excel experience
- SQL experience
- Data visualization experience
- Proven ability to work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
