What You’ll Do & Impact
As our Ecommerce Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital face of our organization. You'll drive online sales performance by analyzing sales trends, optimizing the customer experience, managing key metrics, and implementing strategies that boost both revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze ecommerce sales data, customer behavior, and market trends across multiple product lines.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve online sales strategies and user engagement.
- Continuously evaluate our website’s usability, design, and functionality.
- Recommend and implement improvements to increase conversions, lower bounce rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rate, order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and website engagement.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track progress and inform strategy.
- Oversee online order processing and delivery, ensuring every order is timely, accurate, and hassle-free.
- Troubleshoot order issues and proactively improve the fulfillment process.
- Manage online listings on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Marketplace).
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and reputation metrics in alignment with our values.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to co-develop campaigns that expand reach and build brand visibility.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal promotions, product launches, and digital marketing efforts.
- Ensure messaging and branding are consistent across all platforms.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze industry trends to keep our digital presence sharp, relevant, and competitive.
- Recommend new tools, technologies, or platforms that can streamline processes and enhance our ecommerce strategy.
- Uphold digital commerce best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and interstate commerce regulations.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, design, and messaging across all digital channels.
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in online sales, ecommerce, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience managing product pages and logistics on platforms like Amazon or Walmart Marketplace.
- Experience with customer data systems (CRMs) and order processing platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or CMS platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- Someone with strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Someone with exceptional attention to detail in reporting and fulfillment tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.

- The position is based in a standard office environment with controlled lighting, temperature, and noise levels.
- Primarily sedentary work involving prolonged periods at a desk using a computer, phone, and other office equipment.
