Responsible for the day-to-day ticket sales, ticket operations, gameday operations and customer service.
- Assists with game/event management for all sports programs as it relates to ticket office and sales and will serve as point of contact for visiting teams, officials, security promotions, spirit groups, and the band.
- Responsible for day-to-day ticket office needs. Preparing and organizing tickets and other materials for hosted events. Inbound and outbound calls to local community members and ticket holders about information and ticket sales. Getting athletic venues ticket booths in working order for event days.
- Assists the AD of Ticket Operations with coordinating services with university providers, such as Facilities Management, and external vendors.
- Coordinates game operations logistics, such as preparing ticketing needs prior to event day, and assisting with the distribution of tickets to student athletes, visiting teams and guests.
- Process reports & sales through the ticket system Technotic for game days.
- May recommend changes on policy and procedures as necessary.
- Plans and arranges special events and related activities as it relates to ticket sales.
- Creates and distributes tickets for events.
- Adheres to all State of Florida, University, NCAA, Conference USA, and department rules and policies. Reports any known NCAA violations or concerns to the Director of Athletic Compliance and be responsible for the monitoring of any subordinate as it relates to NCAA regulations.
- Assists the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations with gameday operations and events.
- Interprets and implements policies and procedures as they apply to an assigned area.
- Ensures the athletic department is in compliance with all institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations, including the development and implementation of procedures by which compliance will be determined and documented.
- May supervise lower level staff or students
- Serves as the merchant account's primary contact or technical contact; Handles sensitive cardholder information and/or processes credit cards transactions for the department/unit; Will have access to a third party system (software, gateway, etc.) that processes, transmits, and/or stores cardholder information.
