Join ThermAvant Technologies as a Production Controller, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the timely movement of hardware across work cells, managing material requirements, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure we meet critical production goals and customer commitments.

Join ThermAvant Technologies as a Production Controller, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the timely movement of hardware across work cells, managing material requirements, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure we meet critical production goals and customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the movement of hardware between work cells by capturing condition status and updating the system of record.
- Monitor work orders, inventory levels, and material availability to ensure continuous production flow.
- Coordinate daily priorities with Program Management, Supervisors, Engineering, Operations, Technicians and Quality personnel to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Expedite the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within and between departments/work cells in coordination with operations and program managers
- Identify and resolve material shortages to prevent production delays.
- Liaise with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve production bottlenecks or discrepancies.
- Participate in production meetings, providing updates and forecasts to management.
- Prioritize detailed parts required on the production floor.
- Lift and move hardware (up to 40 lbs) as needed.
- Support weekend or extended hours as required.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 4 years of experience in production control, inventory control, or stockroom roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).
- Associate’s, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of continuous process improvement.
- Excellent prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ERP and MES systems.
- Problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards.
