- $24.50 - $42.50 per hour depending on experience and shift

- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and replace avionics systems in aircraft, and repair and refurbish avionics components in the shop
- Install and update avionics in older aircraft, and standardize new aircraft avionics to the fleet standards
- Completes paperwork, logbooks and work orders
- May be required to travel to repair aircraft in the field
- Performs other duties as assigned by Avionics Manager
- Must have FCC license
- Must have previous avionics repair experience
- Garmin factory training is preferred, but not required
- FAA Aircraft Mechanic certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English and be able to communicate effectively with other employees
- Must be able to interpret documents such as policy, repair and safety manuals
- Must be able to work various shifts
- Positive disposition, professional attitude, professional appearance
- Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check
- Successful completion of pre-employment required DOT drug screening and other required background checks
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to manipulate objects, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- May work outdoors, in weather as necessary
- May work near moving aircraft and machinery
- May work in a potentially noisy work environment
