What You'll Do:
- Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified caregivers who share our commitment to exceptional client care.
- Lead engaging training sessions that equip caregivers with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
- Develop and update training materials based on the latest care standards and company values.
- Collaborate with our care coordinators to ensure caregiver placement meets client needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, professionalism, and empathy.
- Develop monthly newsletters that are informative and knowledgeable to customers and caregivers.
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
- Participate in campus recruitment events to attract top talent from universities.
- Support technical recruiting efforts by understanding the requirements of specialized roles.
- Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential candidates and build relationships.
- Collaborate with team members on sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain employee files.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in caregiver recruitment, HR, or training (home care experience required).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A heart for service and a talent for motivating others.
- Knowledge of non-medical home care regulations and best practices (a plus).
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus!
