We're Hiring: Recruiter & Trainer – Non-Medical In-Home Care

Are you passionate about helping others and building strong, compassionate teams? Join our growing in-home care company as a Recruiter & Trainer and play a key role in selecting and preparing top-tier caregivers who make a real difference in people's lives every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified caregivers who share our commitment to exceptional client care.
  • Lead engaging training sessions that equip caregivers with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
  • Develop and update training materials based on the latest care standards and company values.
  • Collaborate with our care coordinators to ensure caregiver placement meets client needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Develop monthly newsletters that are informative and knowledgeable to customers and caregivers.
  • Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events to attract top talent from universities.
  • Support technical recruiting efforts by understanding the requirements of specialized roles.
  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential candidates and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members on sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee files.
  • Other duties as assigned.


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in caregiver recruitment, HR, or training (home care experience required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A heart for service and a talent for motivating others.
  • Knowledge of non-medical home care regulations and best practices (a plus).
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
