Role Overview

Reporting to the Founder and Director of Team Operations and Youth Development, the Administrative Assistant will play a key role in executing the Dragons Elite Athletics vision and strategy.

Administrative Duties

  • Provide administrative support to Founder and Director of Team Operations and Youth Development using Microsoft Office products:
  • Schedule appointments for virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate field allocation and city/country reservations.
  • Order merchandise and team uniforms.
  • Plan and coordinates logistics and prepare presentation materials for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Ensure player and coach waivers and agreements are signed and filed.
  • Work with accounting on ensuring fees and invoices are paid or followed up on.
  • Serves as a liaison between coaches and the Founder and Director of Team Operations and Youth Development.
  • Other administrative task as assigned.
  • Occasionally assistant with social media posting and work.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with different deadlines.
  • Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, independent problem solver with excellent follow-up skills.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area; or specialized training and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in providing executive administrative support.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, virtual meeting platforms.
