Join our Customer Engagement Marketing team as a Marketing Strategy Associate, where you'll drive engagement and portfolio growth across Chase credit cards through innovative marketing strategies.

Job Summary

As a Marketing Strategy Associate within the Customer Engagement Marketing team, you will support the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies that drive engagement and portfolio growth across Chase credit cards. You will focus on campaign execution, journey mapping, performance analysis, and test-and-learn development across Chase’s owned marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery across channels.
  • Assist in journey mapping and partner with analytics to identify high-impact moments for personalized messaging.
  • Coordinate marketing inputs and ensure alignment with creative, legal, and execution teams.
  • Develop test plans and performance tracking across key workstreams.
  • Partner with business, analytics, and creative teams to synthesize insights and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support presentation development and business updates for key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
  • 1+ year of professional experience, in marketing.

  • Proactively manage timelines and project deliverables.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
