As Executive Assistant, you will act as a partner and strategic ally to the Managing Directors and Co-Head in carrying out various tasks, so as to optimize their time and facilitate the achievement business line objectives. You will join a growing team at our New-York location and will be part of a team of more than 20 assistants and coordinators across the corporate investment franchise.
Your role
- Proactively manage the agenda of the Managing Directors and Co-Head, organize meetings, manage emails/correspondence; prioritize and delegate tasks when necessary and follow up on action items
- Coordinate travel/business trips; prepare expense reports and reimbursement requests
- Coordinate internal/committee meetings, documents and follow up on action items
- Interact confidentially with external clients, various Bank departments, and internal members on numerous department-related files
- Write, or revise internal and external communications
- Provide support for philanthropic involvement; help with solicitation and deadline follow-up
- Coordinate approvals for requests for donations, sponsorships and events
- Work in collaboration with the administrative team in improving the administrative functioning of the service and the development of internal procedures and processes
- Coordinate activities related to employee hiring and departure processes (IT and HR requests)
- Participate in special projects when required
You will be based in New-York and will work with a growing team of 8 investment banking professionals. You will collaborate closely with a team of Executive Assistants and Coordinators located in our various offices and report to the Director, Business Management.

Basic Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relative experience in a corporate setting
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience using Concur preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly; proactivity and good collaborative approach
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively
