
Responsibilities
Performs computer operations integration, scheduling, problem resolution and output control of applications executing in a multi-platform, Corporate 24X7 Data Center operations environment Analyzes existing and new production applications to insure schedule and procedural efficiencies. Integrate and maintains automation procedures and quality assurance. Participates in `special' assignments on a consistent basis.
1. Maintain and update scheduling system.
2. Maintain update report distribution.
3. Implements automation solutions.
4. Mentors Operation Analysts I and Computer Operators I and II.
5. Performs quality assurance functions.
6. Administrates all tape library support functions.
7. Participates in projects in a support role.
8. Performs all functions of an Operations Analyst I.
9. Coordinates planning tasks associated with production system implementation.

Requirements
- Operations: Knowledge of Information systems applications, computer operations technologies/processes/methodologies, and supporting complex projects. Information technology degree or equivalent related experience.
- Good teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills required to work jointly with, other IT&T sections, business units, and vendors to develop plans and service levels.
- Must be able to travel independently.
Compensation
$32.84 to $38.61 per hour. Up to 10% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company. This is a non-represented position.
