
We are seeking a sales-oriented Customer Service Representative :committed to unsurpassed customer service for high volume call center in a friendly, fast-paced environment. Duties include answering the phone to take customer orders and answer questions, promote products and services to increase orders, as well as enter fax and e-orders.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in high-volume call center, computer/data entry experience with emphasis on accuracy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consistent commitment to excellent customer service. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required. Hours are 10:30am-7pm:, Monday through Friday.
