Work Schedule: M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Location: 100% In-Person Kansas City, MO

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals. Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and bid sites. Maintaining and growing existing leads. Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Preparing commercial/GSA and pricing documents. Providing prompt responses to all customers. Identify potential customers. Lead generation. CRM Data Accuracy. Review, update, and keep current all GSA data/documentation. Presenting information to clients. Researching prospective accounts in target markets. Contacting prospective and current clients. Promoting the company’s services. Schedules appointments for GSA sales. Assists in defining GSA sales initiatives. Attends conferences and industry events. Developing growth opportunities. Monitoring market changes. Data analysis research

Essential Functions

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Required Education/Experience/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales/ marketing or 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

  • Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
