Location: Tulsa, OK

Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday; some weekends

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary)

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years directly related work experience with a blood center
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a current valid driver's license
  • Must be able to provide MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations in the past 3 years
  • Public speaking/presentation experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Leadership skills including effective team building and coaching skills with the ability to motivate individuals and groups to achieve goals
  • Develops recruitment plans that are aligned with goals and initiatives based on needs assessment
  • Responsible for building the annual collections calendar to meet expected goals while balancing OBI resources for efficiencies
  • Responsibilities include recruitment strategies for mobile and donor center collections
  • Assures compliance and assists in developing calendar guidelines
  • Ensure account consultants and account managers have adequate training, tools and resources
  • Sets direction for recruitment staff development ensuring effective training, goal setting, and development of sales and marketing skills
  • Provide in field observation, training and leadership for recruitment staff
  • Identify growth opportunities through account development strategies and market segmentation
  • Ensure efficient mobile collections through collaborative efforts with management and other departments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners
  • Maintain brand integrity in recruitment efforts
  • Responsibilities subject to change or increase to meet business needs
