About The Role

Elephante Scottsdale is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Office Manager & HR Coordinator to join our growing team. This dynamic, hybrid role is split between office operations (70%) and human resources support (30%). You'll be a key support player in creating a well-organized, welcoming, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations (70%)

  • Manage phone, email, and administrative communications professionally and promptly
  • Oversee and organize OpenTable reservations, VIP holds, prefix tables, and special requests
  • Prepare memos, reports, and maintain essential office documentation
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Train and schedule reservationists, ensuring adequate coverage and service standards
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning and maintained
  • Organize internal meetings, office events, and communications

Human Resources Support (30%)

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and terminations in collaboration with HR
  • Ensure accurate entry of employee data into Paylocity
  • Maintain employee files and confidential information with discretion
  • Support HR Manager in policy rollout, employee relations, and training initiatives
  • Refer employee questions to appropriate HR team members (e.g., Benefits Manager)
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards

Who You Are

  • Self-starter with strong time management and a desire to grow in hospitality
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally organized with a sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
