Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and delivering quality nursing care to diverse patient populations, including pediatric to geriatric.
- Develops and updates comprehensive nursing care plans based on assessments.
- Implements and evaluates patient care, prioritizing based on acuity and needs.
- Educates patients and families, acts as a role model and preceptor, and supports staff orientation.
- Communicates effectively, maintains confidentiality, and reports patient condition accurately.
- Utilizes critical thinking within the nursing process, ensuring safe, evidence-based care.
- Manages patient flow, unit operations, and ensures compliance with safety and regulations.
- Demonstrates proficiency in documentation, medical equipment, order processing, and patient safety practices.
- Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Full-time role with a focus on quality care and team leadership.
