Administrative Assistant HGM Hourly

The Administrative Assistant handles general office tasks and administrative duties such as maintaining receptionist operations, directing communications between colleagues and visitors, vendors, clients, organizing schedules and events, entering data, maintaining office equipment, and break room supplies. The Administrative Assistant will assist and support the Human Resources Director with projects including on-boarding. The Administrative Assistant may perform other activities in multiple human resources areas, including operations and branding.

> Valid background check, fingerprint clearance card (or eligibility to obtain)

> Covid 19 mandate documentation

> Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook and Calendar)

> Ability to smile and sit for extended periods of time

> Ability to work on the phone and in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time

> Ability to multi-task

> Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
