Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter and HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle within the healthcare and housing case management industry, as well as other office positions. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts for case management professionals and all company positions, while also supporting key HR functions including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a full-cycle talent acquisition background and a solid foundation in general HR practices, especially within regulated healthcare environments.



Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (60%)

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across case management, clinical support roles and all other company positions.
  • Develop job postings and execute targeted sourcing strategies and complete a pre-employment screening process to attract qualified candidates in healthcare and non-profit industry.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers.
  • Maintain and optimize use of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure effective pipeline and compliance tracking.
  • Build talent pipelines for high-need roles such as Case Managers and Supervisors.
  • Participate in job fairs, industry events, and outreach to case management associations.

HR Generalist Duties (40%)

  • Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation in collaboration with leadership and HR team.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Support compliance with healthcare and employment regulations including Title VII, HIPAA, CFRA, FMLA, PFL, ADA, and EEOC.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits or reporting related to licensure, credentials, and training.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies, employee handbooks, and performance management processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in conflict resolution or corrective actions as needed.
  • All other administrative tasks in the HR department or company.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, with at least 1–2 years in a healthcare or case management setting.
  • Experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare staff highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of case management roles, healthcare workflows, and credentialing standards.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, Rippling preferred
  • Proficient or Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, PHRca) and/or recruitment certification (AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Proficiency with job boards including Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Glassdoor, LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with CMS, NCQA, or URAC requirements related to case management.
