Job Overview: The Office Assistant plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of office activities by providing vital administrative support. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, organizing records, and assisting with daily administrative tasks to enhance team productivity.
Main Duties:
- Respond to and route phone calls and emails efficiently
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and maintain filing systems and documents for easy retrieval
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and update calendars accordingly
- Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and support basic bookkeeping activities
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock
- Assist team members with various administrative and clerical tasks
Required Qualifications:
