Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working with eCommerce brands or in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Pinterest.
- At least 1 year of experience using Canva for designing social or marketing assets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Social Content Scheduling & Management:
- Manage the daily scheduling and publishing of content across Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, and Pinterest using tools such as Later, Planoly, or native platform managers
- Initially follow an overview content schedule, progressing to independently creating monthly content planners based on engagement metrics, peak posting times, and successful content trends
- Ensure all posts are published on time with accurate tags, captions, links, and relevant hashtags to maximize reach and engagement
- Proposal & Presentation Development:
- Collaborate closely with brand managers to draft, design, and refine marketing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Translate provided content and direction into polished, visually cohesive presentations tailored to different audiences, such as funding rounds, influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and client offerings
- Ensure all documents reflect brand identity and clearly communicate project scope, benefits, pricing, and expected outcomes
- Social Media Asset Design:
- Design branded visual content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook, including posts, stories, reels covers, highlight icons, and advertising creatives.
- Prioritize video content creation, including video newsletters (VSLs), reels, and short-form videos
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple aesthetics while adapting to platform-specific trends and best practices
- Email Campaign Support:
- Assist in designing and formatting marketing emails primarily focused on image-rich content using tools like Klaviyo and YotPo
- Work from briefs and visual guidelines to execute email campaigns, including scheduling, setting up automated flows, and performing A/B testing
- Support segmentation efforts and track email performance to optimize campaign results
- General Marketing Support:
- Upload creative assets to e-commerce platforms and advertising managers as required
- Support community management by responding to comments and posts on social media channels
- Track influencer activity and ensure affiliate commissions are accurately monitored and recorded
- Maintain organization of digital assets through effective file naming conventions and shared drive management
