Premier Casino/Hotel Resort seeks a Senior Executive Level Director of Engineering at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino: Must have a minimum of 7-10 years in a large casino/hotel property Experience in properties of over 200,000 square feet 7+ years in a management role, overseeing complex, high-impact projects with a focus on timely and quality-driven execution Generation plant experience preferred Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching teams to achieve high performance and advance professionally. Experience in maintenance, engineering, and/or construction A bachelors degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
