Job Description
My client, a small but growing construction company, is seeking an HR Manager to join their team in Rockville, MD. This is a 5 days a week onsite role, and they will be coming in to help the CFO stand up some HR trainings and policies. Their day to day will include helping with recruiting (job posting creation, reviewing applications, etc.), handling all onboarding and benefits administration, and assisting with employee relations issues.

- experience in a blue-collar industry (construction, manufacturing, etc.) - Bachelor's degree in a related field
