What You’ll Do

  • Support Hiring Activities: Assist with reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Maintain Records: Keep digital personnel files updated and organized, including I-9 documents, policy acknowledgements, and training records.
  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Process event registrations, coordinate travel, order supplies, and help plan HR events.
  • Ensure Compliance: Track and support HR compliance deadlines and reporting requirements, while maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Coordinate Communication: Respond to inquiries from employees, job candidates, and external contacts with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Track Data: Provide HR and Finance teams with requested reports and maintain organized data for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Support Projects: Assist with department initiatives and special projects as assigned by HR leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of human resources experience preferred
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional grammar and demeanor.
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to multi-task, remain detail-oriented, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
  • Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
  • Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
