Position Summary
The Marketing Manager leads marketing strategy and execution of programs designed to drive qualified traffic to company-owned community developments and company website. This position focuses on optimizing return on investment of the company’s marketing budget.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides leadership to the marketing department that is in alignment with company vision, mission, and values
- Cultivates the personal, spiritual, financial, and professional growth of employees through open communication and conducting weekly 1:1’s
- Identifies training and development needs within the department
- Develops and manages quarterly and annual marketing strategies, division, and community marketing plans
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure marketing programs align with company sales goals
- Oversees the creation of online and offline marketing initiatives including direct mail, email, collateral, signage, displays, ads, events, and web page content
- Attends monthly sales meetings and conducts community visits to build rapport with sales agents and monitor market trends
- Manages the marketing budget and regularly reviews program performance
- Sets quarterly and annual performance goals and deliver programs that focus on optimizing cost/lead, cost/sale, and ROI
- Monitors community traffic on a weekly basis to identify trends and make marketing plan recommendations to improve performance
- Serves as a brand gatekeeper for the company, ensuring every customer touchpoint is consistent, premium quality and in alignment with brand guidelines
- Leads neighborhood onboarding activities with excellence, ensuring the Sales team is set up to successfully open a new community for sale
- Collaborates with the human resources department for recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Five (5) + years of progressive marketing experience and a degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
- Works in a temperature-controlled office environment, with low noise levels
- Prolonged periods of sitting required
- Occasionally required to walk, stand, lift, climb, pull, and push objects weighing up to 15 pounds
