Now, we are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Full-Time Staffing Coordinator. We are seeking a dynamic individual who shares our passion for delivering personalized care and making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm

As a Staffing Coordinator at BryLin, you will play a vital role in ensuring our care teams are well-supported and equipped to provide the highest level of service. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will shine as you coordinate the scheduling of our talented nursing staff across all levels. By maintaining appropriate staffing levels and adhering to regulatory guidelines, you will contribute directly to the seamless operation of our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive and efficient schedules for our nursing staff, ensuring optimal coverage for patient needs and compliance with staffing grids and guidelines.
  • Prepare four-week time schedules, incorporating vacation and holiday plans, and make daily updates as needed.
  • Coordinate staff assignments for PMCC and Mandatory training, ensuring everyone is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Employ acuity guidelines to adjust staffing levels and arrange coverage for open shifts and call-ins, ensuring uninterrupted care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff variances and communicate relevant information to the payroll department.
  • Monitor and manage staff rotations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, ensuring fair distribution of responsibilities.
  • Stay vigilant about changes in census and proactively adjust staffing to minimize overtime whenever possible.
  • Keep detailed attendance records for nursing staff and collaborate with payroll to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Act as a backup for payroll operations, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to supporting the team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required. Associates degree preferred, showcasing your commitment to ongoing education and professional growth.
  • PayCom experience beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities to handle complex scheduling challenges with ease.
  • Good research skills and keen attention to detail, allowing you to gather and analyze information accurately.
  • Proven ability to prioritize projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
