Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist works closely with the Sr. Human Resources Director to communicate and achieve the mission and vision, advance strategic priorities, and promote a positive organizational workplace culture. The Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in managing a broad range of human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to benefits administration and compliance with labor laws. This position involves working closely with both management and employees to ensure HR policies are adhered to and workplace issues are addressed effectively. The Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support to the HR department and assists in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role involves handling various HR tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
