Job Summary: Receives, delivers, and inventories supply items. Stocks forms, brochures, office supplies, and record storage boxes. Tracks orders in the purchasing system. Keeps procedures up-to-date. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s character qualities.
Essential Functions:
- All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Processes items from the supply warehouse for distribution or stocking.
- Fills supply requisitions by using computer inventory system, physically pulls and packs items, labels with address and weight. Makes deliveries of supplies to downtown locations.
- Prepares supplies for the out of town branches and courier pick up. Enters into the computerized supply system all orders and/or supply requisitions for non-stock or special order items.
- Maintains daily receiving logs and requisitions for processing into the inventory system. Maintains completed requisitions and receiving log files by month.
- Receives, scans, logs, and delivers UPS and FED EX packages for internal customers/departments. Prepares outgoing packages for UPS pick up and or other type of shipping method.
- Maintains and files accurate inventory records and completes monthly physical count of all stock items for audit purposes.
- Responds to customer phone calls and problem solves to their satisfaction and conclusion in a professional manner when answering customer questions or complaints.
- Must display great attention to detail for the record storage and retention responsibilities by recording, retrieving and maintaining accurate storage and retention lists.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months job experience required.
Required Skills: Some mechanical aptitude and knowledge of Microsoft applications, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. are required. The incumbent must have good organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills with a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to effectively prioritize work.
Required Licenses and Certifications: Must have a valid driver’s license.
Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to push carts weighing up to 500-600 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 75-80 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Warehouse environment & normal office conditions.
