Our Part-Time Accounting Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Accounting Department, helping ensure the team operates efficiently and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy, with a knack for managing paperwork and juggling multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
This is an in-person position. Work schedule is up to three days a week, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Accounting Department.
- Manage and organize paperwork, financial records, and filing systems.
- Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails, and handle other departmental communications.
- Assist with routine accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice tracking, and document preparation.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Keep the accounting office clean, orderly, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support the team.
- Prior experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
