Regional Director of Business Development

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking a special person to help drive Sales and Marketing and develop new business for a portfolio of skilled nursing centers in Middle and East TN!

The ideal candidate possesses these abilities:

• Experience in multi-facility SNF marketing
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Creative in designing business development plans and aggressive in executing them
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a sales team across the state
• Integrates and interprets data to best develop partnerships with acute care health systems and physician groups
• Collaborates well with an interdisciplinary team of operators and clinicians
• Brings energy and fun to an organization of like-minded people
• Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous with follow through who strives for perfection
• Special consideration to nurses and those with a bachelor's degree or higher
• Available to travel 50%
