Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours a week, during hours of operation
Monday-Friday 7:00am-6:00pm
Work from home require Team Members to be in office twice a week.
Local travel to Community Events and Branch locations as necessary to plan and manage events.

- Support to engage with our community and reach new communities both online and offline.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including workshops, webinars, community events and sponsorships.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, and onsite coordination.
- Create comprehensive event timelines, run-of-show documents, and ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to develop event collateral such as invitations, signage, and promotional materials.
- Identify partnership opportunities for co-promotion and collaboration on events.
- Support sport sponsorship program from creation until execution.
- Prepare post-event reports with key metrics, feedback, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 1-4 years relevant experience in marketing is required.
- Interest in community management and event planning.
- Well organized person able to handle several tasks at a time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative ideas and campaigns.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
