Position Overview
TelyRx is seeking a strategic Vice President of Business Analytics & Optimization to architect and lead our enterprise-wide analytics and optimization strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing the data infrastructure that powers every aspect of our business — from operational performance and patient experience to product optimization and revenue growth. This is a rare opportunity to build a robust, HIPAA-compliant analytics ecosystem from the ground up.
You will be tasked with hiring and leading a cross-functional team that will work with stakeholders across all parts of the business. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-impact analytics function from scratch, including hiring, training and developing core team members
- Architect and maintain a scalable, HIPAA-compliant data infrastructure that supports enterprise analytics and reporting
- Lead the development of A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve patient experience and drive revenue
- Partner closely with marketing, product, operations and engineering teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the business
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards that measure performance across the patient journey
- Ensure all data tools, pipelines, and systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with healthcare regulations (HIPAA)
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, optimization, or business intelligence, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams in digital health, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA compliance as it relates to data infrastructure, tools, and governance
- Strong hands-on experience with data engineering, modern analytics stacks, and experimentation platforms
- Expertise in A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization, and behavioral analytics
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, attribution models, cohort analysis, and LTV-to-CAC frameworks, particularly in healthcare customer acquisition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business action
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, etc.)
- Skilled at communicating complex healthcare data in a clear, compelling way to a range of stakeholders — from board members to clinical teams — turning insights into aligned action
- Naturally analytical and intellectually curious, with a strong bias for action and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments
Salary: $125,000 - $225,000
