Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Intern to assist our field team with Assistant Superintendent responsibilities on active commercial job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining real-world experience and insight into the field side of project management and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily on-site coordination and subcontractor oversight
• Help manage materials deliveries and organize on-site logistics
• Conduct and document daily field reports, safety walks, and progress updates
• Assist with enforcing safety protocols and ensuring job site cleanliness and organization
• Participate in subcontractor meetings and learn how to read and interpret construction drawings
• Support field issue tracking and communication between the office and the site team
• Perform general site support tasks as needed to maintain workflow
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
