Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Integration Engineer to lead the integration of the design basis of complex products. This includes the development and integration of stakeholders, lifecycle concepts, functions, design requirements, and the subsequent verification and validation. The role will be responsible for leading regulatory compliance through the lifecycle of the products. This position is ideal for individuals eager to integrate product/system/component levels while the products are being realized through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and testing.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering
- Lead systems engineering process.
- Drive the team in capturing, decomposing, analyzing, and documenting product, system, subsystem and component requirements from applicable levels and sources
- Lead and maintain the development of requirement traceability
- Establish and maintain requirements quality assurance
- Integrate multi-disciplinary products consisting of mechanical, electrical, electronic, nuclear, control, instrumentation, etc. systems and subsystems.
- Lead validation and verification.
- Support document integration of test plans, procedures, and results.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues under guidance.
- Maintain and update documentation repositories, including version-controlled requirement specifications and interface control documents (ICDs).
- Follow configuration management processes to ensure document integrity.
- Assist with the preparation of design review materials and integration reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, quality assurance, and product management.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and integration coordination meetings.
- Communicate issues and progress effectively with team leads and project managers.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 0–5 years of relevant engineering experience (internships or co-ops may count).
- Understanding of system development lifecycle and requirements management principles.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Polarion) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to systems integration concepts and lab testing environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) concepts or tools.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Experience reading or writing technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Experience with ISO 15288
