Requirements Analyst

Klett Consulting Group (KCG) is a government contracting firm specializing in program support across multiple support areas for both military and civilian agencies. KCG is seeking a Requirements Analyst to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding. This role involves extracting, analyzing, validating, and managing project requirements throughout the lifecycle, and adeptly resolving conflicts, directly contributing to the critical NAVIFOR N6 mission set.

Responsibilities

Related activities to include, but not limited to:

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Extract, analyze, validate, and manage project requirements throughout the efforts lifecycle.
• Deconstruct complex problems, identify dependencies, resolve conflicts, and prioritize needs.
• Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring clear and well-defined requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum Experience: Four (4) years experience in a related field.
• Clearance: Secret clearance required.
• Key Skills/Qualities: Analytical, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication for eliciting and managing requirements, meticulous attention to detail, and adept at conflict resolution.
