Rate: $60/hr +/-

Training Manager (5+ years) to lead employee training program for large transformation efforts. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Training Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of employee training programs that support organizational transformation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in aligning learning strategies with business goals.

Must Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management
  • Proven experience leading training programs during organizational change or transformation
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and adapt programs accordingly

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with transformation goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using blended learning approaches
  • Collaborate with department heads and change management teams to ensure training supports business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
  • Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as needed
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization
