We’re currently seeking a motivated Office Support Coordinator to help support our expanding Temple, TX branch.

- ? What You’ll Do:
- Coordinating staffing needs and new hire orientations
- Managing applicant tracking, background checks, and onboarding documentation
- Supporting new employees with system access, training, and personnel file management
- Assisting with payroll, compliance tracking, and employee record updates
- Supporting contractor onboarding and maintaining confidentiality and compliance
- Collaborating with corporate teams to ensure smooth operations
- What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of office experience (healthcare or HR experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must type 35 WPM and demonstrate accuracy in data entry
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, type, and use a computer for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate clearly and move about the office as needed
