As a Carpentry Foreman, you will direct a crew in the carpentry division. This role will have you working with crew members while encouraging everyone to have a commitment to safety, the people we serve, and the communities where we work.
You will see that jobs run effectively and efficiently to ensure that the job is maintaining profitability to the division. As the leader of the crew, you will track and maintain job hours against the production plan and communicate goals daily with the crew. With your blueprint reading skills, you will coordinate construction phases and consistently pre-plan work that needs to be done. This includes pre-planning for the day-to-day safety hazards and look ahead for hazards that are job specific and plan accordantly (SQP’s).
Safety is a number one priority on all CCC job sites, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that employees are focused on their safety and the safety of everyone around them.
Due to the nature of this position, you must be able to lift/push/pull 50-100 pounds consistently.
This role may include travel.
