Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of acute medical conditions
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt to fast-paced environments with limited resources typical of critical access hospitals
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Ensure patient safety and support family education and engagement
  
  

Education & Certification Requirements

• Active RN license in Washington or compact state – required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience – preferred
• Experience in a critical access hospital setting – required
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
