The Role You’ll Contribute

The Director of Leadership Development provides leadership development, team facilitation, coaching and intentional cultural design support across the Mid-America Region. This role will work closely with leadership and HR teams to provide 1:1 coaching for staff and teams participates in the overall direction and implementation of organization-wide leadership development system and process. Develops long and short-term plans on

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team

  • Coordinates all formal Leadership Development programing ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives, to include LDI (Leadership Development Institute), LDE (Leadership Development Experience), ELP (Emerging Leaders Program), and New Leader Onboarding.
  • Develops and implements initiatives that support cultural and change management objectives including The Team Charter Process and team/department Cultural Assessments.
  • Facilitates the implementation of organizational development interventions and follow-up support for both our associates and our leaders, to include SCOR Survey feedback/improvement.
  • Provides high level strategy oversight and leadership development.

Required Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or comparable field
