- Coordinates all formal Leadership Development programing ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives, to include LDI (Leadership Development Institute), LDE (Leadership Development Experience), ELP (Emerging Leaders Program), and New Leader Onboarding.
- Develops and implements initiatives that support cultural and change management objectives including The Team Charter Process and team/department Cultural Assessments.
- Facilitates the implementation of organizational development interventions and follow-up support for both our associates and our leaders, to include SCOR Survey feedback/improvement.
- Provides high level strategy oversight and leadership development.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 related experience
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or comparable field
