JOB DESCRIPTION

The Community & Influencer Manager will be responsible for two primary functions: Community management and creator marketing. This role will work closely with creators, produce influencer events end-to-end, and be the first point of contact for all social media interactions. You will be focused on actively growing our brand collaboration roster and work on scouting, events and post-event reporting. You will manage inboxes on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook to field inbound requests and reply to guests. This role will report to and support the Director of Brand Marketing in creating best-in-class creator campaigns to achieve brand and business goals.

This position is located in our Williamsburg, Brooklyn HQ and requires travel to our Manhattan location on a frequent basis for events and meetings as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Management, 40%

  • Own the community management function by engaging with creator content and responding to a high volume of guest interactions on our social channels.
  • Be an expert on all things Bathhouse. Guide customers through our services, amenities, and the booking process via social media. Apply social-first best practices to troubleshoot guest concerns or escalate to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain always-on communication. Requires night and weekend check-ins, holiday coverage and timely responses to connect with our growing audiences. Liaise with the Reservations team and Social Media & Content Manager to ensure there are no gaps in coverage.

Creator Collaborations, 40%

  • Field a high volume of inbound and outbound requests from creators. Nurture existing relationships and actively grow our creator network. Scout and conduct outreach for bi-monthly creator events across locations.
  • Vet talent on multiple priority points to ensure we are a good fit for each other, including but not limited to content quality, engagement rate, long-term collaboration potential, and business need.
  • Schedule and greet creators on-site for 1:1 tours, organize and maintain guest lists from past collaborations and for future consideration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, facilities) to ensure smooth program execution at events.

Reporting, 20%

  • Track and report on success metrics from creator events.
  • Present key takeaways from analytics behind each campaign to measure brand awareness.
  • Engage in actively sharing sentiment and customer feedback with marketing and ops teams.

SKILLS

  • Customer service mindset for responding publicly and privately to audiences consistent with brand voice.
  • Proven experience building successful influencer programs.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills for pitching, onboarding, and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Strategic thinking to align partnerships with brand goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of influencer marketing experience and social media community management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with customer service best practices.
  • Experience working in Meta Business Suite and across all major social media platforms.
  • Experience building influencer campaigns that drive real business results.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
