Some Things You Can Expect To Do
- Collect, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that influence business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance data models, dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders across the organization.
- Organize and structure datasets to optimize for accuracy, ease of access, performance, and future scalability.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand analytics needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver timely insights and recommendations.
- Validate, cleanse, and enrich data continuously to ensure a high standard of data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting assets.
- Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise, and actionable business insights, presenting findings directly to stakeholders at various levels.
- Collaborate with peers across business lines and functions, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement in analytics.
- Own and manage small-to-medium analytics projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Serve as administrator for data platforms, including Power BI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with responsibilities such as user management, permissions, workspace configuration, monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and cost optimization.
- Monitor and maintain data platform performance and security, escalating issues and collaborating with Technology teams as needed.
- Document processes, workflows, and data models to support transparency, reproducibility, and operational continuity.
- Stay current on new features, best practices, and emerging trends in Power BI, GCP, and data analytics to continuously improve the team's capabilities.
