Some Things You Can Expect To Do

  • Collect, organize, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that influence business decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance data models, dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools such as Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Organize and structure datasets to optimize for accuracy, ease of access, performance, and future scalability.
  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand analytics needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver timely insights and recommendations.
  • Validate, cleanse, and enrich data continuously to ensure a high standard of data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting assets.
  • Translate complex data analyses into clear, concise, and actionable business insights, presenting findings directly to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Collaborate with peers across business lines and functions, contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement in analytics.
  • Own and manage small-to-medium analytics projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Serve as administrator for data platforms, including Power BI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with responsibilities such as user management, permissions, workspace configuration, monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data platform performance and security, escalating issues and collaborating with Technology teams as needed.
  • Document processes, workflows, and data models to support transparency, reproducibility, and operational continuity.
  • Stay current on new features, best practices, and emerging trends in Power BI, GCP, and data analytics to continuously improve the team's capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study and 1+ years of Analyst experience. You must also have experience with data visualization tools, data querying and data interpretation skills. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Compensation

The base salary is $90,000 - 120,000 per year. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
