Responsibilities
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages across dealership departments.
Deliver time-sensitive documents such as vehicle titles, repair orders, sales contracts, and financial paperwork.
Pick up and drop off documents to external vendors, financial institutions, DMV offices, or other partner businesses as needed.
Maintain logs of deliveries and pickups to ensure accountability and timely routing.
Assist with filing and light clerical tasks when mail duties are complete.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive documents.
Communicate with department heads to prioritize urgent deliveries or pickups.
Maintain a neat and organized mailroom or delivery station.
Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic and dealership policies.
Qualifications
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Familiarity with basic office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a dealership or office environment is a plus.
