We’re looking to bring on an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who’s ready to hit the ground running.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. You must be confident managing a high-volume caseload, working directly with attorneys, and ensuring cases are trial-ready when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-lit and litigation files from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft legal documents including complaints, discovery, subpoenas, and motions
• Request, organize, and summarize medical records and bills
• Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, providers, and courts
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and calendaring deadlines
• Prepare demand packages and assist with lien resolution
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (required)
• Strong knowledge of state civil procedure (Nevada and/or California preferred)
• Comfortable with legal case management systems (Filevine experience is a plus)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
