Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform various administrative and/or clerical tasks to support the Human Resources Department. Primary responsibility will be employment offer letters, background checks, and various items related to new hire onboarding.
- Assist in day one onboarding of new hires to include new hire orientation, new hire paperwork, I-9 verification.
- Prepare and track new hire, vendor, transfer reports, reporting on referrals. Communicate data as appropriate.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years’ experience working in a professional office atmosphere; some HR experience a plus
- Strong ability to establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of organization
- Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve issues
- High level of confidentiality to handle sensitive/confidential situations and documentation
- Strong work ethic with ability to be resourceful in meeting new challenges
- High degree of organizational skill and detail orientation
- Effectively communicate (oral & written) with at all levels of organization
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
