VHS has an opportunity for a Healthcare Sourcer. We are looking for a person capable of multitasking while working closely with recruiting and leadership. They require agility to complete a variety of assignments. Utilizing their skills do you source and research markets to help recruiter fill unique and challenging job requisitions.

- Lead provider sourcing activities for specified provider specialties to ensure open positions are filled in an efficient manner with qualified providers to represent VHS
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and attract healthcare professionals.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and recruitment best practices.
- Assist with the generation and implementation of new, streamlined recruitment processes, initiatives, and key messaging.
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking tool (Bullhorn) to track candidate information, and implement sourcing strategies and referral process/pipeline physician databases
- Create recruitment strategies for assigned specialties to include internal and external website utilization, marketing initiatives, and physician recruitment associations.
- Communicate with recruiters regarding process, job openings, and candidates in the pipeline.
- Participate in special projects.
