About the Role: As the SVP, Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of our agribusiness lending team, guiding a high-performing team to deliver innovative financial solutions to large-scale, complex agribusiness clients. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience: 15+ years of agricultural lending experience, with 10+ years in leadership
- Knowledge: Deep expertise in production agriculture, agribusiness financials, and credit underwriting, proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive business growth, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
