Position Summary

In the role of Lead Product Marketing Manager, this individual will be creative, strategic, and inspiring as they join a team of high performing product marketers. This role will focus on building and executing the product marketing strategy for UKG Pro’s AI (artificial intelligence) product – UKG Bryte. The role will include the development of marketing materials, programs, and product marketing initiatives related to UKG Bryte / AI. The Product Marketing Manager will understand the global HCM & WFM markets, the impact of AI across SaaS, and will be responsible for collaborating with individuals throughout UKG to drive UKG Pro’s AI strategy, craft compelling messaging, and launch new AI use cases.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of high performing product marketers, developing product marketing strategies and executing against plans – focused on UKG Pro’s AI (UKG Bryte)
  • Align closely with Product Management, understanding UKG Bryte / AI product innovation and leading roadmap delivery and amplification
  • Craft compelling messages across various buyer personas, marketing channels and geographies that communicate our strengths, differentiators, and business value
  • Collaborate with individuals and teams throughout the company, including Sales, Presales, Services, Marketing and Product teams, helping teams communicate complex platform features with clarity and impact
  • Launch successful AI use cases and new products to market (NPIs), leading all activity including marketing content, pipeline acceleration, internal enablement, customer education and communication
  • Align messaging across external assets, product UI, customer-facing materials, and internal go-to-market (GTM) tools to ensure consistency and brand cohesion.
  • Create compelling content—presentations, solution briefs, whitepapers—that clearly articulate product value from both technical and strategic perspectives.
  • Empower GTM teams with resources that highlight platform capabilities, ecosystem flexibility, and AI-driven innovations.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver impactful training sessions and scale enablement programs across the revenue organization.
  • Transform customer feedback, usage data, and market research into actionable insights that inform product marketing strategy and content.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to craft content that supports key buyer journey stages and drives campaign performance.
  • Guide customer adoption strategies of UKG’s AI / Bryte solutions, driving adoption metrics within the customer base
  • Research and analyze HCM / WFM and AI (artificial intelligence) market trends to improve UKG’s global positioning and messaging

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years prior product marketing experience
  • Prior experience in the HR/payroll/WFM or technology (AI) industry

Preferred Location: Lowell, MA or Weston, FL

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
