Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting Excellence: Review and manage submissions with precision, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and delegated authority.
- Customer Service Focus: Manage quotes, re-quotes, and endorsements with a service-oriented mindset, delivering timely and accurate support.
- Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and contributing to mutual growth.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with teams across Underwriting, Business Development, Claims, IT, and more to foster a connected, high-performing environment.
- Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to support product innovation and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Underwriting Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty, Personal, or Management & Professional Liability underwriting
- Bonus: Completion of insurance coursework such as CPCU, RPLU, or similar
- Relevant Alternative Experience:
- 5+ years in one or more of the following areas:
- Insurance (e.g., sales, claims, agent/broker)
- Financial services (e.g., banking, mortgage, consulting)
- Legal services (e.g., attorney, paralegal)
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to maintain and support customer relationships (for travel-required roles
